Wordle is a great game for people of all ages. Wordle consists of 6 letters used to create as many words as possible. You have three minutes to complete this task. If you find all of the words before the time runs out then you gain extra points and advance to the next level. If you do not find all of the words in three minutes, the words you did not find will pop up in red. You may advance even if you do not find all the words, depending on how many points you gained during that round. After every round, you are able to click on the word and the definition will show up.
Connecting Wordle to the classroom
Wordle can be used in the classroom because the game gives you the definition of each word if you choose to look at that word. This game can also improve a person's spelling ability.
Connecting Wordle to technology (if it is not a technology enhanced game)
The game is used on iPads, iPhones, iPod Touch, and Androids.
This game could inspire kids to want to learn more words, especially since they are using technology. With the new words learned in Wordle, the students can become more creative in their writing. Children also need to adapt to using new technology since we are gaining new information all the time.
